• Organize and supervise other office activities (Employee Engagement activities for HR and Admin
Team)
• Maintaining and tracking administration budget. (Monthly provision & Yearly Budget)
• Managing the company transport. (Bus service)
• Canteen and Pantry Management
• Statutory compliance
• Petty Cash Management
• Pool car and Vehicle Management (Maintenance/Servicing/Insurance /PUC)
• Guest house Management
