Scope of Work
Consultants will be trained and deployed to manage customer applications built on one of the OpenText EMS product suites – Documentum, xECM, Exstream, AppWorks, TeamSite, Infoarchive, Intelligent Capture & WEM (Web Experience Management).
Consultants would have to develop skills on Kubernetes and cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, and Azure (as the customer applications will be deployed in one of the Clouds).
Support customer applications adhering to the ITIL framework and OT internal process framework.
Participate in the day-to-day administration of the systems, including Incident & Problem Management
Participate and contribute to change & release management process.
Flexible to work in rotational shifts 24/7.
