Experience in Supply chain min.2years

Job role: Planning coordinator

Dept : Supply Chain

Location: Mumbai

Contract tenure: 1year - Renewable

Budget: 6lac p.a.

Job responsibilities :

One Order book development and maintenance - (For all suppliers) - Maintain Order confirmation, Dispatch date, GRN date, Release dates in one (Master) order book
Report preparation of batches in Quality with the GRN dates, and days pending for release
SNOP – Data consolidation for suppliers
Co-ordinate with planners and capture CMO wise supply status and critical issues
Expected shipments forecast report preparation for subsequent sharing with Logistics team for consolidation
Follow up on Quality releases basis priority provided by planners
Follow up with logistics team for Pick-up of goods basis information shared by planner
Follow up for GRN with warehouse for expected deliveries basis documents shared by planners
To identify gaps in actual GRN & Invoices, and support planner in resolving them
Co –ordination and follow up support for Launch & supply critical projects
Doxhub – document uploads
SAP VMI run support
Reporting
