Process bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and/or monthly payroll for all employees using [payroll software].
Review and verify payroll data for accuracy, including salaries, benefits, taxes, and deductions.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations and reporting requirements.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters and resolve payroll discrepancies.
Process manual checks and adjustments as necessary.
Prepare and distribute payroll reports as required.
Assist with payroll audits and compliance reviews.
Stay up-to-date on changes in payroll regulations and best practices.
