Good knowledge about asset life cycle

IMAC process

Recall of the system

Generating work order.

Closing work order.

IMAC processing.

Responsible for Maintaining H/W (Laptop/ Desktop/ Printer/ Tabs/ peripherals and accessories)

Adhering to IMACD for asset tracking, updating & maintaining the central IT asset

Preparing Declaration / Gate pass for any IT related product movement.

Tagging of newly arrived IT assets at the time of delivery.

Managing Stock Register & Spare Asset Tracker
