Automation Test Engineer

Technical Skills:

• Thorough understanding of selenium robot with python/playwright and framework associated – BDD.

• Ability to write test script in selenium python and robot framework is must. (Not looking for functional tester)

• Must have API automation and CICD skills- especially GitLab CICD.

• Experience in SAFe/SCRUM agile must.

• Test Concepts, Test Specification development, Requirements analysis and root cause analysis.

• Develop and communicate testing approach and present the plans to stakeholders.

• Should have strong communication and be able to liaise with stakeholders.

• Application performance testing using tools like Jmeter.

• Knowledge on Devops, DOCKER is an added advantage.

• Basic knowledge on AWS is an added advantage.

• Should have strong knowledge on SQL and No SQL (Mongo DB) database.

Job Responsibilities:

• Development of Automation tests using Selenium/Playwright Robot framework (not looking for functional tester)

• Requirement gathering, estimation and development of test cases, test plan creation and test execution.

• Work with development team to identify and capture test case, ensure quality.

• Test Framework Design and execute the automation framework and reporting.

• Bug reporting, root cause analysis & reporting.

• Writing SQL quires and API Validation

• Performance testing by Jmeter.

• Work closely with PO, development team and stakeholders.

• Passionate about quality and willing to collaborate with multiple teams for integration testing.
