Here are some responsibilities of a customer service representative (CSR) in a business process outsourcing (BPO) organization: 

• Handling customer inquiries: Answer phone calls, emails, and chats from customers, and provide accurate information. 
• Resolving customer issues: Listen to customers' concerns and questions, and provide solutions and alternatives. You can also refer issues to managers if needed. 
• Building relationships: Build trust with customers through open communication, and maintain a positive attitude. 
• Meeting goals: Meet sales targets and call handling quotas, and generate sales leads. 
• Improving processes: Recommend ways to improve company processes for efficiency. 
• Staying knowledgeable: Maintain expert knowledge about company products and services. You can also participate in meetings with your team to learn new communication tactics.
