Following up High standard Environment, Health Safety norms, and ensuring all activities under safety norms.
Should have knowledge of all local Legal and statutory rules & regulations for construction & labor law.
Preferred project management experience at client end
Manages prioritize all cross functional civil, electrical, fire & piping onsite activities of sub-contractors, vendors by locating, evaluating, and selecting sub-contractors; monitoring and controlling performance.
Calculating resources required, establishing standards and protocols.
Hands on experience on ACAD
Weekly reporting, monthly report generation.
Measurement & billing certification
Have sound experience in Project management in Interior work also.
Conducting proactively risk assessment for any failure of milestone.
Will also be detail-oriented and ready to act in emergencies.
Goal is to establish Safe workplace to achieve each building milestone by daily monitoring & escalation whenever required
