Responsible for overall accuracy of content for a superior customer shopping experience

Supervising site execution activities such as promotional campaign (discounts & coupons)

configuration, creation of collections, banner upload, boosting of SKUs/brands, new page

creations, website refreshes

Analysing performance of the clickable content to determine and improve customer

journey and optimize sales

Coordinating with Revenue & Planning team, Business Strategy, Marketing and Design

teams for timely execution of critical campaigns

Liaising with Tech and backend team to remove glitches in the system
