Digital Content Management Representative

• The role has accountability for delivery towards the goals and objectives for managing the asset library on Digital Asset Mgmt. platform
• The individual is responsible to liaise with Markets as well as agencies to ensure smooth delivery of operations for Library Services team
• Upload and tag the content with appropriate metadata
• Create workarounds and highlight anomalies when faced with technical challenges in the tool
• Work effectively with team members and requestors, understand the requirements and provide appropriate solutions
