ITC Engineer

Must have:-

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Service industry.

• Fluency in spoken and written English.

• Knowledge on PC hardware, Windows OS, Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop.

• Customer focused and result driven attitude.

• Past work experience with global teams across regions

• Collaborative skills to work with other teams within lenovo.

• Ownership

Main Responsibilities: -

• Design Asset tag customized solutions for ThinkPad laptops, Think Centre desktops and ThinkServer hardware technology platforms.

• Work with cross functional teams - Pre Sales, Sales, Manufacturing and Fulfillment

• Work directly with clients to initiate the project engagement to obtain requirements; create test plans based on the project requirements

• Documenting all interactions with Customer/Sales in Lenovo tools.

• Work on multiple projects

• Guide customers on configuration services offerings

• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while keeping quality of the work high as you will be working on several projects simultaneously.
