Handle first-level service calls, including demonstrations and preventive maintenance, as required.

Attend customer site visits alongside technicians to support service activities.

Assist technicians in completing service tasks efficiently and ensure proper cleanup of the work area.

Support store operations by organizing spare parts, conducting cycle counts, packing defective items, and managing labelling

Maintain overall hygiene and cleanliness of the DSC facility.

Requirements

Experience: Fresher/1 year Experience

Education: ITI Certification/ HSC
