Responsibilities:

Profile I: Data Protection 

Ø  Assist in reviewing and negotiating global customer and vendor contracts from privacy perspective

Ø  Learn and assist in ensuring that personal data is protected and that our work complies with global data protection legislations.

Ø  Work with key internal departments in the review of compliance with applicable data privacy laws

Ø  Provide guidance and educate employees on data protection compliance requirements.

Ø  Assist in developing training content and deliver training across business units in handling or processing personal data.

§  Education – Law Graduate or a Post - Graduate (LL.B./LL.M)  

§  Experience & Attributes -

•     Fresher or up to 3 years of work experience in contract management/compliance/audit

•     Excellent oral & written English skills and presentation skills

•     A ‘team player’ who can work well within the Risk Management function and collaborate successfully with Delivery and Functional SPOCs. 

•     Appetite to learn

•     Creative and innovative

•     Good problem identification and analytical skills

•     Willingness to take on responsibility and to work on own initiative. A self-starter with ability to work with a minimum of managerial supervision
