Job Description:

Recruitment Coordination
New Joinee Induction & Document verification
L&D and Employee Engagement Support
Record Management
Reimbursement and vendor invoice management
Leave Management
Coordinate with Admin & IT departments for Accommodation, flight ticket, Laptops etc for new joinees
Creating & Tracking dash boards for new joinees and Database Management
ID card initiation and Coordinate for Pre-employment medical check-ups
Managing ATS (Talent Recruit), ADP & SuccessFactor platforms
Should have knowledge/ experience in searching CVs in Naukri and other job portals
Other HR related activities assigned by HOD
