A. Educational Qualifications & Certifications:
1. Batchelor of Engineering degree or any Graduation with Diploma in Industrial Safety or
any other recognised HSE Certification Course from a reputed institution.
B. Relevant (Functional/Level) & Total Years of Experience:
1. Around 10-15 years’ experience in activities & functions specified in above section no 1
2. Experience of implementing HSE system and procedure in an Operational Oil & Gas
facilities.
C. Functional Skills:
1. Knowledge of HSEF standards and engineering documents.
2. Thorough knowledge on HSEF requirement in an Operational Plant
3. Preparation of HSE Statistics Reports and periodically publishing HSE Reports
D. Behavioural Skills:
1. Interpersonal Skills
2. Communication Skills
3. Ability to adopt to changes
