Manage the daily operations of the CoE, focusing on process improvement and
team performance.
· Lead the team, providing guidance and support to achieve objectives.
· Collaborate with the PMO Manager and Steering Committee to align CoE activities
with organizational goals.
· Develop and maintain a repository of expertise, best practices, and knowledge
within the CoE.
· Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Report on strength to execute and

needed, generate reports for senior management. Compliance: · Complies with company

responsibly at all times. Problem Solving and Innovation: · Identify bottlenecks and challenges
within CoE processes and propose innovative improvement solutions. · Foster a culture of
continuous improvement and innovation within the CoE, in alignment with the CoE Charter
objectives. · Evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies that can offer improvements or
new capabilities. · Exercises autonomy and judgement subject to overall direction or guidance. ·
Assists in the training, mentoring, and assessment of team members.
