Mechanical Engineer

 Review of enquiry documents to understand project requirements and scope.

 Develop technical proposals in alignment with project scopes and specifications.

 Ensure P&IDs adhere to project specifications and requirements.

 Possess knowledge of hazardous area classification and selection of instruments and electrical

components for area classification.

 Basic knowledge in field instruments such as pressure, temperature, level, and flow instruments.

 Develop the data sheets, instrumentation indexes, I/O lists, alarm and trip lists, and hookup drawings.

 Generate and manage requests for quotations (RFQs) for field instruments and electrical panels.

 Proficiency in estimating manifold, tube, and tube fitting requirements with various installation method.

 Cable, cable gland and cable tray selection and estimation.

 Knowledge of Junction box segregation and selection procedures.

 Experience in motor starter/control panel selection and design.

 Basic knowledge with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) & Remote Terminal Units (RTUs),
