Job Description:
We are looking for a IT infra & Middleware support executive with 2-3 years of experience to join our team, The IT infra & Middleware support executive is responsible for managing the project for IT infrastructure and Middleware applications like (Axway CFT, SFT and IBM MQ applications) and ensuring that it is aligned with the department’s technical scopes and objectives.
This includes new requirements discussion, configurations & deployments in the middleware applications, in terms of IT infrastructure, you are required to have a good understanding of firewall rules and network related standard ports & applications specific ports.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Axway, CFT, and MQ Series technologies.
Assist in the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of integration platforms and messaging systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data transmission, connectivity, and system integration.
Participate in the analysis and documentation of business requirements to create technical specifications for integration projects.
Work closely with senior team members to gain exposure to complex integration scenarios and best practices.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in integration and messaging systems.
