Good knowledge of Microwave equipment.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, hardware, and software
related to telecommunications.
• Scheduling and managing action items for customer review meetings.
• Assists in the operation and Optimization of the microwave network.
• Analyze Performance of hops, and/or user requirements.
• Facilitate root cause analysis of issues to minimize impact
• Act as a technical resource/ SME throughout Project lifecycle.
• Customer appropriately informed of progress, issues and support
required.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement in process and regularly
assess documentation and reports for accuracy and improvement
