COMMISIONING ENGINEER

Checking of P&ID and preparation of punch list.

 Checking and verification of liquidation of punch points.

 Pipe line cleaning by cardboard blasting and flushing and blowing with Air/water.

 Vessel inspection for internals and rectifications of defects if any.

 Boxing up and restoration of system as per P&ID with proper gaskets, bolts and nuts.

 Air leak test of pipeline with connected flange joints, equipments.

 Nozzles and instrument connections.

 Purging with nitrogen of pipeline and system before charging the hydro carbon.

 Greasing of valves for easy operation.

 Checking of oil level in bearings and gear boxes and top-up with proper grade of lube oil.

 Alignment of rotary equipments.

 Checking for flow direction of valves, check valves, and orifice place.

 Checking of DOR (direction of rotation) for motors.

 Trial run / load test of pumps and compressors.

 Documenting data after conducting no load and load test
