Accurate preparation of monthly Attendance &
Payroll (Using HRIS, MS Excel) Including
Overtime, Salary Adjustments/ Deductions, bonus
& Incentives
≈ Managed life-cycle workflow for all new joiners and
terminations (On boarding & Exit Formalities)
≈ Responsible for all aspects of HRIS application
support including system documentation, data
quality and management, records management,
upgrades and continuous improvements, as well as
data privacy and security
≈ Maintain the payroll files & records and also
handover monthly payroll report to accounts
department.
≈ Address issues and questions regarding payroll
from employees and superiors
≈ Co-ordinate with bank for new account for
employees to transfer salary
