Job Description
Sourcing of Professional Services – run eRfx for Consulting, Financial and Legal Services Categories by providing market information, analyzing, and evaluating the bids to determine the optimal value and negotiate statements of work or agreements with suppliers
Interact and manage senior stakeholders within the Organization
Close collaboration with the M&A Function to support their requests in speedy manner
Execute implementation of Procurement Strategies in alignment with relevant category team and business stakeholders
Purchase according to required needs, specification, price, delivery schedule and terms
Provide market information, analyze, and evaluate bids in order to determine the optimal value and negotiate agreements and statements of work with suppliers
Initiation and implementation of cost-out programs and/or processes to reach financial targets and recommend optimization solutions
Coordinate supply orders, delivery, and invoice processing together with reports and updates in the systems
