Job Description

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand job requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring goals.
  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, databases, and professional networks.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and assess qualifications for role alignment.
  • Track and report sourcing metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and sourcing best practices.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
