Develop and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

Implement and configure Flows, business rules, UI policies, and other ServiceNow components.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user needs and deliver effective solutions. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using RESTful API ‘s and other integration techniques.

Perform testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure optimal application performance.

Create technical documentation and conduct training sessions for end-users.

Utilize scripting languages such as JavaScript to enhance ServiceNow functionalities and create efficient automation. Provide expertise in ServiceNow best practices
