We are seeking a Technical Writer who will be responsible for producing high-quality technical
documentation that is accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences. You will work
closely with cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, and customer support to
gather information and create user manuals, API documentation, release notes, troubleshooting
guides, and other technical materials. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has excellent
communication skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Role & Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and understand technical
concepts.
● Write, edit, and update technical documentation including user manuals, API documentation,
release notes, and troubleshooting guides.
● Organize and structure content to ensure clarity, coherence, and usability.
● Ensure consistency in terminology, style, and formatting across all documentation.
● Conduct reviews and gather feedback from stakeholders to improve the quality of
documentation.
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing and
documentation.
