Ø Maintaining tools in proper condition and giving support to molding shop and to the customers whenever ECN’s are required in the projects.

Ø Deftly implementing preventive, predictive and planned maintenance practices to prolong working life of Moulds.

Ø Maintaining the Moulds for regular productions.

Ø Identifying & maintaining critical spare & updating records as per the audit requirements.

Ø Responsible for maintaining the checklists and relevant documents.

Ø Maintain 5’s activities and Kaizen implementation in tool room.

Ø Maintenance of Hot Runner Systems like Synventive and YUDO.
