Additional Job Details: • Provides pre-session and post session support for premium/basic virtual Training Sessions. The host's focus is primarily assisting the faculty by helping guide and manage the delivery of the course. The host will require detailed knowledge of both the functional delivery of the course as well as to be able to troubleshoot technical issues they might experience with the help of the Tech Support resource. Conduct Dry run or Standalone for the Sessions. • Manage high complexity sessions • Send out the invites to the Faculty. Track the responses and alert Session Planner for any challenges • Review Session Requirement or Delivery guide • Resolve Faculty Queries, ensuring that a high standard of customer service is maintained • Provide dedicated support in a proactive manner to assigned virtual sessions, being available for assistance throughout the duration of such sessions. • Actively manage Leaner expectations and monitor satisfaction • Escalate appropriate issues to Learning Products Support according to current agreed-upon standards and processes in a timely manner • Play an advisory role while hosting the session. Develop deep understanding of the customer’s business objective and expectations for the program • Responsible for planning and executing day to day delivery tasks as per the session requirements and in consultation with Onsite lead. • Schedule meetings with session planners & requestors as and when needed and gain clear understanding of client expectations. • Understand and diligently follow training reports, timelines, delivery process and internal tools/platforms used by AL delivery. • Liaise with vendors to ensure smooth execution of session delivery in terms of arranging stationery, printables, give-away, inventory etc. • Work with hotel point of contact to plan F&B, Events & Housing arrangements as per the session requirements. • Work closely with onsite lead for seamless delivery of the session and build cordial business relationships with key stakeholders in learning. • Work with Onsite team lead closely on key session deliverables, such as : participate on requirement gathering calls and faculty & session planner meetings.
