UI/UX Designers

Key Responsibilities

• User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, create personas, and define customer journeys to gain insights into user behavior and motivations.
• UI/UX Design: Design and prototype high-quality user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Prototyping & Wireframing: Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Usability Testing: Plan, conduct, and analyze usability tests to validate design decisions and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
• Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems, UI libraries, and style guides to ensure a consistent user experience across products.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements, communicate design concepts, and implement feedback.
• Data-Driven Design: Leverage data and analytics to make informed design decisions and iterate on designs to optimize the user experience.
• Accessibility: Ensure that all designs comply with accessibility standards (WCAG), creating inclusive experiences for all users.
• Stay Current: Keep up with UI/UX trends, tools, and industry best practices, continuously exploring new ways to enhance user experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design work for web and mobile applications.
• Expertise in user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.
• Proficient with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools such as InVision or Axure.
• Solid experience in creating and working with design systems and maintaining UI consistency across products.
• Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, and creating high-fidelity mockups.
• Experience conducting and analyzing user research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus (for effective collaboration with development teams).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and a commitment to creating inclusive designs.
• Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Mixpanel to inform design decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and processes clearly to stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
