esponsibilities
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server Operating System. Manage L2 support for Windows Servers Support team. Plan and implement maintenance and installation work.
Tasks
Handle system upgrades, patch management, and security configurations. Add and remove Windows server features and roles such as Terminal servers (RDS), DNS, DHCP, etc. Test and upgrade windows patches on regular basis.
Qualifications
A degree in computer science or a related field. Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE). Hands-on experience in IT support or as a Windows System Administrator
